My husband and I chose to use the Herrmann brothers (Herrmann Construction) to build our dream beach house in Manasquan the very moment we met them. We felt like we were the most important client to them and they were as enthusiastic about our project as we were. From the start of our process, throughout the construction and a lot of detailed follow-up, Herrmann Construction demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for their business. Herrmann Construction has an excellent project management system, which was extremely useful to make sure we were all staying on schedule, ensuring a successful project. They very clearly outlined expectations for budget and timeline, and worked with us to adjust and fine-tune both as needed. Tom and Mark were always available to get together in person or over the phone to talk about specific ideas and were always willing to help out in decision making and pointing us in the right direction when it came to choosing vendors for specific areas of the building and design process. It seemed that everywhere we went and mentioned that Herrmann Construction was building our house, people had nothing but praise about their business and exceptional things to say about them personally. Not only are we extremely pleased with the final result of our new home, but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectable, trustworthy company to partner with again in the future. In April of 2018 we went on a mission to find a contractor to build our “Shore House” that we had been dreaming and planning for the last 10 years. Herrmann Construction was one of six contractors that we interviewed. Tom and Mark Herrmann spent several days with us going over our Construction Plans as well as taking us to visit and talk with previous customers of theirs. We were immediately impressed with their workmanship but were equally impressed with their detailed proposal. By July 2018, Herrmann Construction was installing the pilings to begin this construction. By Memorial Day 2019 we were so happy to say that we were living in our Dream Home!!! We can’t begin to say how grateful, pleased and excited we are and were to work with Mark and Tom and the whole Herrmann Construction Team. By far the best construction project that we have ever been a part of!!!!

We couldn’t be happier with both of our Herrmann Construction projects. Ten years ago, we hired Herrmann to do an extensive, room-by-room renovation of our home. Then, this past summer, they helped us convert our garage into a guest room and built a free-standing garage on our property. On our recent project, Alex, the project manager, was responsive to every request and communicated with us daily. He was a pleasure to work with. They give a detailed estimate that is quite accurate and do not nickel and dime the customer as we have heard so many companies can do. I was in northern NJ during the renovation. I had to trust what was going on. Trust was so important. Herrmann Co. Was trustworthy and a local family too. Very important to us. They go above and beyond to be helpful.
